Which MarTech was/is groundbreaking for you?
Artificial Intelligence (AI) in customer data analysis has revolutionized MarTech by enabling more personalized marketing strategies while respecting consumer privacy. This technology allows us to understand consumer behavior deeply without compromising ethical standards, aligning perfectly with our commitment to responsible marketing.
Your biggest PAIN pitch and what you learned from it?
One of my most challenging pitches involved convincing stakeholders about the long-term profitability of investing in heavy-duty recycling machinery. From this experience, I learned the importance of presenting clear, data-backed arguments that highlight both environmental impact and potential ROI—turning skepticism into enthusiasm.
What would you like to automate and what would you never automate?
I am keen on automating repetitive tasks like data entry and analysis to enhance efficiency. However, I would never automate direct client interactions or critical decision-making processes where personal judgment and human touch are irreplaceable.
Do you prefer group or family business?
I prefer family-owned businesses due to their flexibility and value-driven approach which often aligns better with sustainable practices than corporate giants might allow. You also can call it Start-up vibes.
Which event is more important for your company: company party or future workshop?
Future-workshops are essential as they focus on forward-thinking strategies crucial for adapting to rapidly changing markets, particularly in sustainable technologies. While company festivities are important for morale, strategic workshops drive our mission forward more significantly.
How do you make room for the further development of your corporate strategy in your daily operations?
I prioritize daily time blocks dedicated solely to strategic planning—even if it's just an hour a day. This ensures continuous progress towards our long-term goals without getting lost in day-to-day operations and operating in multiple timezones.
